Free Ecards
This is where "the action is at"! Most people who land on my site do so looking for free ecards. I have a pretty simple approach to my ecard designs - 1) keep them simple, and 2) use the flash designs of other people who are cleverer, smarter and more buoyant than me.

A random collection of wallpapers. Some are based on photos, some on scanned bits and pieces, and some have been doodled into existence.

Open Source Flash
A long time ago, back in early 2000, I used to love using Flash. I was never any good at it, but being an egotistical fool, I thought I'd put my clunky creations into the open-source universe to allow people to download them and open them up and see how badly made my flash creations were. And if you think I'm just being self-deprecating, then no, I really mean it!.

Many years ago - in 1966 to be exact, my Dad made a book of cartoons with his friend. I loved to read it when I was a kid, so I put the pages up on the web for global scrutiny.

Jimpix started out in late 1999 as a place for me to put some of my photos on the web. So here they still are, with many digitally enhanced additions added in the meantime.

Tiling Wallpaper Designs
In 1999, I sat making lots of tiling wallpaper designs from fragments of photos. At the time I thought they were stunning. Many years on, they look pretty clunky and crude, but I'm keeping them anyway, as a reminder of how I spent too many hours doing something silly and pointless (but hey, here I am, still doing the same thing with this site!).

From time to time I make websites for other people. Some of them even pay me to do it! Of course, my sites are pretty basic, compared to the best the web has to offer, but if you want a site which works, and want to deal with a normal person who won't bore the pants off you with technical jargon, or who doesn't pretend to be an expert, then I'm your man!

I used to be all holier-than-thou about not having adverts on my site. Then I put some google ads on, to see if I made any money, and amazingly I do, so that helps cover the running costs of the site. However, if, despite the fact my site has adverts on, you feel like sending me your money because my site and services have improved your life, then feel free!
